The first step in the Quick Weight Loss Plan is to purify your body of all of the toxins, chemicals, and other nasties that are preventing it from efficiently burning calories and processing nutrients. It has taken years for your body to accumulate these damaging foreign substances. They permeate your every cell. One of the reasons we have so much difficulty maintaining a healthy weight as we age is this build-up. Purify your body to reach a healthy weight with much less effort. Not to mention the other health benefits like avoiding cancer and better sleep. Don't worry I am not advocating a colon cleanse for everyone!

The next step in the Quick Weight Loss Plan is to purge your space. Declutter to make room for your new healthy lifestyle and mindset. It will be liberating. The foundation of the Quick Weight Loss eating plan is so simple you won't want to believe it. Those of us who have dieted our entire lives are used to weighing our food, counting calories, tracking fat grams, limiting carbs, subjecting ourselves to weekly weigh-ins etc. Forget all of that.
Remember the goal of purifying your body? The overriding theme of your new diet is to keep as close to nature as possible. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Organic is best in order to avoid introducing more toxins into your body. Use whole grains. Avoid meat if you are considering going vegan or vegetarian. Use limited and lean cuts if you enjoy meat.

Eating fish once or twice a week is OK, as long as it's fish high in Omega 3's such as salmon, sardines, and mackeral.
Eliminate dairy. Why? Despite what the American Dairy Council wants you to believe, humans after age 2 were not meant to drink milk. The skinny people in the Mediterranean region and Asia don't drink milk. Satisfy your ice cream cravings with delicious soy and rice sorbets.

Exercise
Yes the Quick Weight Loss Plan requires moderate exercise for permanent weight loss. You do not need to run marathons or spend hours in the gym. Find something you love to do and just do it. A variety of things is even better. Unless your goal is be a supermodel or win bodybuilding contests, you do not need to stress out about following a specific exercise regime.
The best place to start on the Quick Weight Loss Plan if you have not been active is walking. Walking is excellent and may be all you ever need. Swimming works too. Just remember to get moving several times a week. Exercise is the fountain of youth. Stop Binge Eating
Now the tough part. Those of us who have always struggled with our weight likely have an emotional component to our overeating. You will not be able to lose weight for life if you do not eliminate the underlying emotional issues. Do not take this lightly.
